Finally an acoustic bass that can really be heard.  Like our travel guitars the iCoustic Alvarez Travel Bass packs a very big sound into a very small instrument.  It's portable and can be taken anywhere. Every bit as powerful as a stand up bass  only you don't need a trailer to transport it. 

The iCoustic sound hole mounted speaker system clearly solves the problem which has long plagued all acoustic bass guitars.  They are nice, don't require an amp, but can't be heard.  With the iCoustic System  we guarantee you can hear the difference as it pounds out your bass line with surprising volume.

Totally portable, powered by a single 9 volt battery, the iCoustic Alvarez Travel Bass has all of the features offered in our other travel guitars.  You can attach an iPod or MP3 player and play along with the music.  Use a Korg PXR4 and enjoy all the special effects, drum beats and recording capaibilities the PXR4 has to offer. In Duet Mode you can connect with an iCoustic guitar, play and be heard through both instruments.  Or if you must, plug it into an amplifier and enjoy the result.

Installed with the iCoustic System and custom cables the iCoustic Alvarez Travel Bass features the quality construction and beauty of the Alverez line of guitars. Constructed with an  Indian rosewood fingerboard and solid mahogany back and sides the Alvarez MSB1 Small Bass Guitar is a true work of art.  The Solid Englemann Spruce top in a satin finish is a stunning addition to this instrument.
