iCoustic Shipping Policy

We ship all of our products from our warehouse in Anaheim, California. We charge a flat rate of $25.00 for handling, packing and shipment of each guitar within the Continental United States.  We ship our product fully insured by ground shipping with USPS, UPS or FedEx. International shipping charges are higher and will vary by destination. We generally have our product available in our warehouse at the time of the order and we will not bill your credit card until shipment has been made. We will provide you with tracking information once your product has shipped, provided you have given us an email address for such purpose.

Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. You can return your product for a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping and handling costs) within 30 days of your receipt of the product. In order to receive a refund you must return the item by prepaid shipping to our warehouse location in Anaheim, California. Upon receipt of the product we will notify you of our receipt of your product and issue an appropriate credit or refund to your account.


We want you to be fully satisfied with your iCoustic guitar and related products. Your iCoustic guitar is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Should any repair or warranty work be required you should first contact our Customer Service department to discuss the problem and to receive a Repair Authorization. You will then be required to ship the product at your cost to us in Anaheim, California for repair. We will repair or replace the product at our cost unless the product has been subjected to abuse or tampering. Once repaired or replaced, we will then return the product to you at our cost.

Privacy Policy

We value the privacy of our customers and our customer data. In order to properly process your order you will be required to provide certain information to us. We will not share any information you provide to us with anyone else (other than for the purpose of processing credit or payment information with respect to an order placed by you) without your knowledge and permission. All customer information that is provided to us by our customers is for internal use only and will be kept and maintained solely to enable us to best serve our customers.
